Berman's Wines and Spirits carries on a four generation tradition, presenting quality wines from around the world at an outstanding price-to-quality ratio. Featuring many well known producers but specializing in boutique offerings, Joel Berman selectively buys wines based on his highly educated palate, extensive travels, 35 years of experience and most importantly, on his love of fine wines.

The selection at Berman's is comprehensive, with the emphasis resting on Burgundy, Southern France, Italy, and premium California wineries. Joel, his son Gregg, and a staff of experienced wine professionals pride themselves on assisting their customers to make the choices that meet the needs and tastes of the individual.

Berman's monthly newsletter highlights many of the exceptional values and discoveries available at the shop, as well as offering analysis of the industry and specific regions. In every issue, Joel identifies the best growers, best buys and greatest pleasures to be derived from a particular wine area, focusing alternately on Burgundy, Bordeaux, Italy, California, Australia, and Spain.
