Sant’ Agata refers to the saint who is the holy protector of the Lambrusco di Sorbara grape, known for its delicate, expressive aromas and acidity that make it a lovely pairing with foods with a bit of richness as a refreshing sip between bites. Light ruby red with fine perlage. The nose is intense and elegant with notes of wild berries, and a characteristic scent of violet. The wine is dry with a pleasant and refreshing acidity.
“This wine leaps out of the glass with a nose brimming with the fragrance of violets, strawberries and red currants. The Sorbara (grapes) in this Lambrusco paints the palate with lively acidity and light, frothy bubbles, finishing with a clean, dry note that invites another sip.”
